Cal is a proud third-generation Prince George resident with over 44 years of experience in the trades. A dual-ticketed professional in the piping industry, his career has taken him from apprentice to journeyman, foreman, superintendent, and project manager. Today, he leads Wildland Development as General Manager, bringing a wealth of hands-on expertise and leadership to every project.

In 2023, Cal was recognized as a finalist in the NRCA Awards for Business Leader of the Year and Achievement in Social Responsibility. Under his leadership, Wildland Development earned the 2024 NRCA Award for General Contractor – $5–10 Million Category. He was also nominated for Mentor of the Year through the Building Builders program, reflecting his strong commitment to developing future trades professionals.

Cal is dedicated to giving back to Northern BC by mentoring the next generation of tradespeople and supporting the growth and success of those already in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in his community.
