A third-generation Prince George local, Cal has over 44 years of experience in the trades and is dual-ticketed in the piping industry. His career spans from apprentice to leadership, and he currently serves as General Manager of Wildland Development. Cal has Construction experience in Forestry, Oil and gas, Mining, general construction, Residential, commercial, and industrial, as well as Railroads and institutional projects.
Cal was a finalist for the NRCA Business Leader of the Year and Achievement in Social Responsibility, and under his leadership, Wildland won the General Contractor—$5–10 Million category in 2024. He was also nominated for Mentor of the Year by Building Builders.
Passionate about giving back, Cal is committed to mentoring the next generation of tradespeople in Northern BC.
