Public and Indigenous Owner or Agency (All Regions)

Public and Indigenous Owner or Agency Members are individuals or organizations that: own, commission, finance, or procure construction projects funded in whole or in part by public or Indigenous sources; or establish public policy, regulatory frameworks, or procurement guidelines affecting the construction industry.

This category includes, but is not limited to:

a) municipal, regional, provincial, and federal governments;
b) Crown corporations and publicly funded agencies;
c) school districts, healthcare authorities, and post-secondary institutions;
d) Indigenous governments, First Nations, Métis and Inuit organizations, and Indigenous-owned economic development or development corporations acting in an owner or agency capacity.

Application

Private Owner / Developer (All Regions)

Private Owner / Developer Members are individuals or organizations that:

a) own, develop, finance, or manage construction projects; and
b) are not primarily engaged in construction contracting, trade work, or professional services as defined under Industry Membership.

This category includes, but is not limited to:

a) private real estate developers;
b) commercial, industrial, and multi-residential property owners;
c) institutional or corporate project owners acting in a private-sector capacity.

Peace and Northern Rocky Region

This region includes Mackenzie, Chetwynd, Fort St. John, Fort Nelson, Dawson Creek, McBride, Valemount and everything in between.

Skeena / Bulkley Valley Region

This region includes Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Burns Lake, Smithers, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Kitimat and everything in between.

Outside These Regions

Includes Southern BC, the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and other Canadian Provinces and Territories.
