What is FSEAP?
The Family Services Employee Assistance Program (FSEAP) is a confidential counselling and support service available to you and your family. Whether you’re dealing with stress, mental health challenges, work-life balance issues, financial concerns, or family matters, FSEAP connects you with professional support—all at no cost.
Confidential Support
All conversations are completely confidential. Your privacy is protected, and your employer won’t know you’ve used the service.
Family Support
Services extend to you and your eligible family members. Mental health support for the whole family.
No Cost to You
Completely free. Available to NRCA members through the BCCA Employee Benefit Trust Plan.
24/7 Availability
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Support when you need it.

Guided iCBT
Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Self-paced online programs with professional guidance for managing anxiety, depression, and stress.
Life Coaching
An alternative to traditional counselling. Coaching guides you to achieve personal and professional growth through telephone consultations with certified coaches.
Work/Life Balance Supports
Recognizing the complexities of life and balancing family and personal commitments, FSEAP provides a variety of work/life balance consultation services to help you manage work and personal life responsibilities and reach your goals.
Family Care Consultation
Professional consultation and resources for childcare, eldercare, special needs support, long-term care, and seniors’ housing options.
Career Counselling
Career specialists provide consultations on educational planning, career advancement, career changes, interview preparation, and resume development.
Financial Coaching & Credit Counselling
Consultations with CPAs and Certified Credit Counsellors to assist with budgeting, financial goals, and debt management.
Legal Referral Services
30-minute consultations with practicing lawyers in civil, family, motor vehicle, wills & estates, real estate, immigration, and criminal law. Up to 25% discount on fees if retained.
Health & Wellness Services
Health Coaching
Certified health coaches help you make positive lifestyle changes through assessments, wellness resources, and personalized coaching for meditation, weight management, nutrition, and stress management.
Nutritional Counselling
Advice from qualified dietitians on weight loss, healthy eating, and specific health and diet management for various conditions.
Smoking Cessation Support
Information and clinical counselling support to help you quit smoking and overcome nicotine dependency with professional guidance.
