Builders Code: The Standard for Workplace Culture
The Builders Code sets a standard code of conduct for all workers in the construction industry. It defines an “Acceptable Workplace” as the starting point for reducing risk and creating an inclusive, safe, and productive environment for all workers. By expanding the definition of safety to include psychological safety, Builders Code helps employers and leaders establish and maintain a workplace culture that serves to attract and retain skilled workers.
Training is the Best Place to Start
Developing new skills takes training, and workplace culture change is no exception. Builders Code courses are built by construction for construction to help improve workplace culture.
