Jenn has over a decade of experience in the construction industry. As a Partner of both Allpoints Fire Protection and CC Industries, she is responsible for department management, HR and finance within the organizations. After graduating with a four-year electrical apprenticeship at the College of New Caledonia, Jenn worked as an apprentice at Kodiak Electric, where she gained a wealth of knowledge which helped shape where she is today. Being the only female student throughout most of her training, Jenn has unique insight into being educated, working as an apprentice, and eventually owning a business in a male-dominated industry. Being a woman brought her a set of challenges but also a set of opportunities that she’d like to see offered to more people. Based in Prince George, Jenn strongly believes in the advocacy work of the NRCA. Her lived experiences have helped identify where she believes there is opportunity to make the biggest impacts in the industry, and she wants to help shape the future by smoothing the road for those behind her.
